The vehicle telematics industry is about to be disrupted by 100% black-owned fleet management company, Moipone Fleet (Pty) Ltd.

The innovative fleet management company has designed and developed a vehicle tracking solution that promises to satisfy and empower public and private sector clients through accurate reporting.

The company's principal business is the supply, management and maintenance of fleet. The company stakeholders range from municipalities, government departments, state-owned enterprises, private companies and individuals.

The Moipone Fleet team has been working on an in-house tracking solution called MoiTrack. MoiTrack is a tracking device that is designed to address all the challenges Moipone Fleet and its clients have been experiencing in the past years in relation to tracking their fleet.

Combined with Moipone Group of Companies, Moipone Fleet has over 15 years of experience in the fleet management industry. Moipone Fleet has sustained itself in the competitive market through innovative solutions that help enhance service delivery.  MoiTrack is one of the solutions that is being developed with the objective to address tracking inaccuracies and service delivery constraints. It is a tracking device that will remotely monitor vehicle travelling data.

The tracking solution will amongst other things; remotely monitor kilometres travelled, give precise location of the vehicle, give driver behaviour and notifications of harsh and reckless driving, alert you of jamming detection and speeding, provide Geo-fencing solutions and stolen car recovery.

MoiTrack is at an advanced stage of addressing commonplace tracking unit odometer inaccuracies in the vehicle telematics industry. These inaccuracies are mainly caused by positional signal losses. Wrong odometer readings lead to lost revenue in the fleet industry.
MoiTrack also comes fitted with a backup battery for location identification in the case of vehicle battery disconnect, with prior warning of such a disconnect.

The tracking solution will be available for all vehicle owners, be it individuals or large corporations that seek to manage their fleet effectively.
